Leading this vision is Cassie Ramus, LCSW, our Clinical Supervisor at Tandem Behavioral Health, a Lumivera Health partner organization. Cassie brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for clinical excellence, mentorship, and human connection. Since earning her Master of Social Work from Michigan State University in 2016, Cassie has served in diverse settings—from emergency rooms and psychiatric hospitals to schools and community programs—helping individuals and families navigate life’s most complex challenges.

As a Board-Certified Clinical Supervisor approved by the Virginia Board of Social Work, Cassie is committed to guiding the next generation of clinicians with integrity, empathy, and evidence-based practice. Her belief that everyone deserves quality mental health care without judgment shapes the foundation of Lumivera Health’s approach to professional development and client-centered education.
